Adds alert sounds for speakers

Description

Ki-Alerts add 12 speaker sounds to your game.

Alerts:

Resources are low!
Power is low!
Power is extrem low!
Water supply is low!
Oil supply is low!
Drones need more repair kits!
Turrets running out of ammunition!
Something is wrong with your nuclear power plant!
The output of one of your mining facilities is low!
There is a bug in one of your productions!
Your artillery requested more ammunition!
Your defence line need more repair kits!
