Exposes the lane splitter entity that was added in 2.0, and adds the higher tier variants.

Description

Exposes the new lane splitter entity and adds additional splitters for each belt tier.

Temporary art for now using the same technique as the vanilla version with a miniature splitter sitting on the belt. Will likely either create or commission custom art in the future.
