Small mod that adds a new advanced radar with a larger scan radius, but smaller nearby vision radius.

Description

This mod adds a new radar with double the scan radius. In turn, it consumes much more power, and has a very small 'immediate vision' radius around the radar itself.

Unlocks when military-3 is researched (which includes blue science as a requirement).
