Leighzer's Slow N' Cheap Items

Adds tier zero machines and logistics that can be made from raw iron, copper, and stone. These machines function at half speed to their vanilla counter parts. These machines should all be fast replaceable and upgrade-able to the next vanilla tier using the upgrade planner.

This mod lets players easily build slow factories with minimal and simple resources and eases the bootstrapping process into a regular base.

#Possible Future Additions: Remove cheap electric pole + change cheap electric pole recipe to make regular electric poles (simplifies inventory management having just 1 kind of small-electric-pole)
