Adds copies of electric poles, including modded ones, with integrated lamps.

Updated this mod by Optera to Factorio 2.0 https://mods.factorio.com/mod/LightedPolesPlus?from=search All credit goes to original author and if he decides to update, I will delete this one

Added new setting about electric pole weight:

Standard weight: the weight of lighted electric poles will be equivalent to their basic counterparts (20kg).
Realistic weight: small lamp (20kg) + pole (20kg) = 40kg

This is not my mod and I think I didn't test it enough, so if you find any errors/bugs, notify my immediatly, I will try to fix them.
