Linked Belts

Thanks devs for Update 1.1.6 https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=93072 >Added the "linked-belt" entity type.

###Known bugs

• belts will decompress at high speeds, this also happens with normal underground belts, but it happens more with the linked belts
• deconstruction syncing does not work when instant deconstruction is on (in editor mode)
