LJD Vehicles (continued)

This is a continuation of the LJD Vehicles mod, updated to Factorio 2.0, and with some of my own personal changes to it. Check the changelog for more information. Here's what this mod does currently:

• Adds a large heavy hauling truck with a large inventory and no weapons.
• Adds an option for customising the inventory size of the truck: 160 default, 10-1000 range.
• Allows the truck to be remote-driven and enables logistics for it, with the Logistics System tech researched.
