Long Range Radar for Factorio 1.1.x

Formerly known as Advanced_Radar, this mod is the port to Factorio 1.1.x of Malcolm Cooks' AdvancedRadar mod.

It adds an advanced radar with greater range, speed, and power consumption, which is of particular use when using Resource Spawner Overhaul to modify resource allocation, making it spawn further out from the starting area. This version gives compatibility with Factorio 0.17 as well as changing research requirements to make it accessible slightly later in the game than before.

This has been tested in Sandbox Mode and appears to be working - if not please submit issues on Github
