Display LTN's Provider and Requester contents for specific Network ID's as combinator output.

Description

A while ago someone asked if it was possible to make a combinator outputting LTN's provide and request counts. With the Interface added in LTN 1.9.2 it is.

The combinators will read requested, provided and deliveries of whichever Network ID is set in the first slot. When built, it automatically sets itself to Network ID -1 (any). Items below thresholds are ignored, deliveries are subtracted from providers and added to requesters.
