Incinerator

Adds a single building, the incinerator, which can void any item or fluid placed inside, at the downside of having a large power draw and producing a lot of pollution. It is unlocked with the fluid handling research. Should be compatible with mods that add new items or fluids. Great for those pesky byproducts you don't want to deal with.
