Milestone Saves

This will create a timestamped save file on the following milestones

• Every 1hr game time
• Each time the first 1k science packs have been generated (this number can be changed)
• When the 1st rocket is launched
• Optionally after each research has been completed.

There is an option to change the prefix of the saves.

The idea is for this to create a series of save files that can be given to .. https://mods.factorio.com/mod/L0laapk3_FactorioMaps .. so that a time-lapse map can be generated.
