Minfinite Research

Adds an infinite research chain for earlier game, providing small bonuses. For when you don't want to feel like you're doing nothing.

Benefits are minor, costs increase fairly rapidly. Not intended for significant game balance impact, really just there for people who hate having idle labs while they work on getting the next science pack.
