Launch a M.I.R.V into orbit, and then remotely call down to cause mass destruction.

Sending 1 M.I.R.V into orbit gives 5 shots

You can toggle auto-target with a mod setting.

Each MIRV blast will make a bit of pollution when it lands, you can also toggle this with a mod settings.
