MOAR Modules

A small mod I made for my own challenge runs, but thought to upload to the mod portal anyway. Once again, includes the modules and models from Periodic Madness.

This mod adds 3 new tiers of modules, for each type of module, for a grand total of 6 tiers. It also changes how Efficiency modules work slightly, giving them a speed bonus ontop of their pre-existing bonus.
