Modding Tools / Cheat menu

• Adds a small gui on the left side with frequently used commands
• Upon death, you can choose how to proceed (gameover, respawn nearby or godmode)
• Cheat-radar, Electric energy interface, infinity-chest, infinity-pipe have been added to the recipes (off by default)
• Shows the internal ids of all items, technolgies and entities (off by default)
