5 new tiers of vanilla storage tank
The capacity of each is equal to 2x of the previous: 25K(vanilla), 50K, 100K, 200K, 400K, 800K
Same for needed crafting materials: tier 1 requires 2x vanilla storage tank and tier 5 requires 2x tier 4 tank plus some other resources
Colors of the storage tanks are same as Ultimate Belt's colors
