Adds 5 new balanced tiers of Storage Tanks to the game. The largest Storage Tank can hold 800.000L. Big thanks to Tyarns & Optera for inspiration. This mod fixes the incorrect sprite size in normal sprite resolution

Fixed Incorrect sprite size in normal sprite resolution in original mod.
Pipe connections are not displayed if alt-mode is disabled.
Added russian translation.
