Ported NE Buildings to 1.1. Will obsolete when the developer updates his version (original is here https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Natural_Evolution_Enemies)

Also included support for the Nova migration of NE Enemies which has also yet to be ported (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Nova-Natural_Evolution_Enemies)
