Allows you to set a desired hand crafting multiplier for your player.

Description

The second original author hasn't been updating. I just upped it to the latest version Allows for custom hand crafting speeds.

Defaults to disabled (no modifier), but allows you to configure it anywhere from 2x (double time) to 128x (just absolutely bloody insane).
