Adds 2 advanced Nightvisions with extra Research, better Nightvision and smaller Gridsize

Description

Provides better nightvison. Attemted to be balanced for a vanilla+ experience.

Changes: Original Nightvision unchanged Nightvision MK2 has a gridsize of 2x1 and improved nightvision Nightvision MK3 has a gridsize of 1x1 and improved nightvision almost inline with daytime

removed switch-on noise for MK2 and MK3
