No Wall Repair

Disable repair for walls. This will prevent bots from sitting on walls 'repairing' them and taking damage / dying needlessly. Walls self-repair if they don't take damage for 5 seconds.
Description
Tired of bots 'repairing' those spitter-slimed walls and dying? ====
This mod makes walls and gates un-repairable.. but if they survive the attack they will regenerate health after a cool down period.
Features
- Makes walls & gates (configurable) un-repairable, so your bots won't rush to try repair them while being attacked
- After 5 seconds of peace, the wall will begin to repair itself (also configurable)
- As your evolution increases, the speed at which walls regenerate will increase as well. This is to prevent it from being too overpowered early on, and too useless in late game.
