Removes the hitbox for Electric Poles so they don't get destroyed by wandering biters.

Description

Really short simple mod that sets the collision_mask of all Electric Poles to the Object layer, meaning yourself and Biters won't collide with them anymore, meaning Biters won't get stuck and destroy them while wandering around.
