Your barreling doesn't need empty barrels. Original by DellAquila, I just ported it to 1.1.

Description

No Empty Barrels updated for 1.1, including fixed icons. Does exactly what it says - barreling/unbarreling recipes don't require empty barrels. Empty barrels still exist for cliff explosives.

May not work with some mods (such as Angel's), if anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated
