Adds distance based resource richness scaling to Vulcanus! Similar to Nauvis. Enjoy being incentivised to delve deeper into worm territory. Applies to tungsten, calcite, sulfuric acid and coal.

• Adds distance based resource richness scaling to tungsten, calcite, sulfuric acid and coal on Vulcanus. Configurable.
• Reduces richness of resources near the starter safe zone. Configurable.
• Incentivises venturing deeper into demolisher territory to reach the better patches.
• Can be added to a game with Vulcanus already generated but will only apply to new generation.
• More features, settings and balancing planned. Feedback wanted!
