Adds the Ore Swapper item which allows you to change the ore fields. The ore is swapped from iron > copper > stone > coal > uranium and finally iron again. Inspired by the "Ore Eraser" mod by tergiver, https://mods.factorio.com/mods/tergiver/ore-eraser
