Adds the planet Hexalith, a T3 planet designed to be used in non-Nauvis starts or post-game fun where you squish a lot of bugs.

Description

The planet's crust is rich with uranium deposits, glowing faintly beneath its cracked surface, but the abundance of radiation has twisted the ecosystem into a hostile nightmare. Native predators stalk the land, their mutated forms adapted to thrive in the deadly environment.
