T1 Shadow | Nauvis Replacement | 'Nauvis with no day'

Gimmicks: Nuclear pack mod Half ore frequency, double size, double richness (railworld like) Double oil richness Half trees, double rocks, double cliffs No destroy factor, double time factory (affects other planets atm) x4 bitter expansion, x4 bitter bases No solar -> no personal solar for armor pre-nuclear.
