Pollution detector

Contains:

• New entity for the pollution detector
• Item for the pollution detector
• Technologies to research pollution detection

Description: The pollution detector can be hooked up with the circuit network. If done so, it emmits a custom signal whose amount is equal to the pollution in the chunk the pollution detector is placed in. The signal can then be used, like any other signal, to contol other entities, like inserters, belts, etc.
