Portable power equipment

Adds early and late game power generator equipment that requires fuel to produce power.

Portable generator -

• Size = 2x3
• Uses burner type fuel (coal, solid fuel, rocket fuel, and nuclear fuel)
• Fuel Inventory = 2

Removed fuel cells from crafting recipes of both Fission and Fusion reactor equipment and replaced with their respective turbines. Both have 2 fuel slots and the Fission reactor equipment also has two spent fuel cell output slots.

Fuel is auto fed into generators via base game mechanics.
