Allows pumps to be placed on landfills, making mistakes with landfills less costly, but doesn't make things easier in a way like waterfill.

Description

A fairly simple mod that allows offshore pumps to be placed on top of landfills. This allows you to just place landfill first and not worry about placing down pumps until later.

It should play fairly friendly with other mods, but let me know if there's any incompatibilities.
