Rebalances Pyanodons Raw Ores to have more noticeable productivity gains for each technology tier. This makes the game easier... Sorry?

This works simply by increasing the yield amounts of the recipes that produce metal plates or molten metal (with an exception for the 'molten metal to metal plates' casting recipes, so that the chains involving casting don't get buffed twice) by a configurable modifier.

Also it attempts to clean up the crafting tab a bit.
