This mods connects chests with player Inventory so you will never run out of items when building (hopefully)

Quantum Chests

Description

A mod for Factorio allows using Quantum chests as an extension of a player inventory.

  1. Craft quantum chest
  2. Put it in the world
  3. Put items into its inventory
  4. Profit?

When building, if you were about to run out of items to place, they will be automatically taken from Quantum Chests and into your inventory.
