Bulk Rail Loader 2.0

This release is meant to provide a semi-working product for those who want it. Future updates will fix issues, if you find any please open a discussion for it with as much detail as possible.

Known Issues:

• Loader can be placed in positions that cannot link to rails (break and replace moved over)
• 1 item is often placed on ground next to loader (can be blocked by inserters in that position)
• Loader only works with vertical tracks
