Adds a dispatcher (building) to automate railway logistics based on provide and request stations. Has intuitive interface. Was inspired by LTN but went a different way.

Description

This is beta version for Factorio 2.0. There may be bugs and incorrect English translation.

PS. Unfortunately I don't have enough time to write a good description and maybe record a tutorial video. I would be grateful if someone could help with this.
