Provides a tool to automatically place chain and rail signals on rails and intersections.

Description

This was a modified version of the RailSignalPlanner-Mod (See for help and tutorials) ---> Go back to the original mod as it has been fixed by the original author <---

It has its sliders fixed and the textboxes not crashed anymore.

If combined with the ModuleInsertER-fix it can be used succesfully with the module inserter mod as well.
