Rampant Arsenal (Firestorm-Fork)

adds ultra heavy walls that also have the mending wall's abbility to self heal. the mending walls intervall is changed to not have such a long delay before healing. the medic turret clouds are rebalanced since it's useless and the capsule launchers shoot the repair capsules at enemies instead of walls.
