Hard Vulcanus

Difficulty tweaks for Vulcanus. Part of Space Age: Hard Mode, though this mod is standalone.

Tweaks

• If V/F/G Cargo Drops Require Research is installed, Foundry recipes beyond liquids and plate crafting are locked behind a new technology, 'Advanced casting'. As with other Hardcore planets, this incentivizes a small science build prior to launching a rocket.
• The territory of each demolisher is smaller (meaning more demolishers.)
• Demolishers move faster when disturbed (up to +50%).
• The Vulcanus starting area is much smaller.
• Rock yields are increased to compensate for fewer rocks in the starting area.
• The temperature of steam produced by acid neutralisation is reduced to 165 degrees (matching the temperature of steam produced by boilers), making energy more of a constraint.
• Coal liquefaction and Simple coal liquefaction are nerfed to produce less output and take longer.

And from subsidiary mods:

• Tungsten mining requires lubricant.
• Lava cannot be transported in pipes.
