Tougher Lightning Storms

A few tweaks to make Fulgoran lightning storms more threatening.

  • Lightning deals 2.5x damage.
  • Storms have some randomness to their duration. This also affects the energy economy, providing benefits to scaling up accumulators built beyond the average power in one night.
  • Lightning is able to hit locomotives.
