Schall Endgame Evolution Tweaks

This is a set of tweaks for Schall Endgame Evolution mod.

This mod recolors category biters to add a bit of diversity to the game. Also, it slightly adjusts category biters and spitters stats (belt immunity, vision distance, movement speed).

When playing with Milestones there are new milestones with category biters and spitters. For existing saves, you should click Reset in Milestones UI to bring new milestones.

There is also an optional balance change named "Fair pollution cost" which is disabled by default. It makes category biters and spitters pollution to join attack values scale with their strength in more linear way. This may be considered as Difficulty 0 pollution price setting which is more fair to player. For example, pollution values to join attack for Category X biter with 192000HP: Difficulty 9: 400 pollution (Same as behemoth biter) Difficulty 1: 2800 pollution Fair pollution cost enabled: 13605 pollution

The mod also features better compatibility with Krastorio 2. Krastorio 2 slightly changes enemy stats and spawn probabilities. So this mod tweaks this changes to better fit with new category biters. 1) Behemoth biters and spitters health are returned to vanilla values to better fit with endgame evolution progression. Also, we don't need stronger behemoth enemies because we already have new enemy tiers. 2) Behemoth biters and spitters pollution spawn costs are returned to vanilla values. 3) Behemoth biters and spitters endgame spawn probabilities weight values are increased back to vanilla values and even more to better match category biters spawn probabilities.
