Space Exploration infinite technologies for SPM goals

Space Exploration's infinite technologies don't use all of the science packs, so they cannot be used if you want to test your entire factory for an SPM goal.

This mod adds 2 technologies:

• "Bragging rights" takes all ground sciences and tier 4 of all space sciences.

• "Bragging rights X" takes every single science pack. Now, the way SE is made, tier 4 of a science pack already requires all previous tiers, so the regular Bragging rights tech should already be a proper test of your whole factory. But you know, if you want to use this one anyway, knock yourself out.

The science pack costs are designed to match the Mining productivity technology.

The technologies have no effect by themselves, but researching Bragging rights will also research the equivalent level of Mining productivity for free if you don't already have it (That way you don't have to research mining productivity in parallel).
