Story: The SPRA-23 is very long range insanity rocket launcher that will certainly transform your base into ruins if not used wisely. Reasonable firing will only be possible when using AAI programmation. Extremely (for it's cost/tech) long range and firepower makes it relatively useful as a player controlled vehicle. It is not capable of fighting any mobile threat on it's own.
