Adds Shock Turrets, which are early game electric turrets

Description

This is a copy of Adikings https://mods.factorio.com/mod/ShockTurret I don't support this mod. I updated it to work with factorio 2.0. I slightly changed the range of action (now it is 30), and the attack power is 13. Let me know if you want the original meanings. I will remove this mod if the author updates the original.

Update: The mod has been slightly modernized. See changelog for details.
