Adds some ruins to 'The Ruins Mod' 2.0

Description

Version of The Ruins Mod - Silly extension for Abandoned Ruins - Updated (core).

Updated to Factorio 2.0.

Has map setting, off by default, that adds the Silly ruin set to currently selected set. (except to Default set) It might desync on MP game join if join coincides with ruin spawn.
