Three more tiers of electric mining drills for increased speed and area.

Description

Advanced mining drills.

The first tier are the standard ones from the base game. The advanced tier takes a number of the previous tier, and produces a slightly faster drill with the same mining area. The elite and ultimate drills take a number of the previous tier, and produces a faster drill with a larger 7x7 area.
