SLP - Underground pole

##What is it? A small mod that will be included in the decorative part of the SLP mod in the future. Just adds underground poles. Recipes, research, and more can be changed when adding other SLP mods!

##Some notes 1) Any wires connected to underground poles are hidden (but you can show circuit wires in settings (1.1+) 2) you can manually replace aboveground poles with underground ones, but (for some reasons) they can't be selected in update blueprint. It may be fixed in the future 3) Underground poles can be placed under buildings 4) you can connect circuit wires

##To do:

• Fix bug with shadow on some low objects
• Update the mod to new versions
• Fix bugs
• Add new bugs

Updates: 1.0.1 - fix buges with mining and shadow 1.0.2 - add circuit wires settings
