Smelter UPSGrade

A single smelter (and centrifuge) that is equivalent to 405 smelters (default; configurable setting). Instead of being faster, it takes a bulk amount of input and delivers a bulk amount of output. The "Move Full Stacks" mod is recommended to prevent bottlenecking on load/unload. Becaons and module effects are built in to the smelters and their recipes. Does not support modded resources (sorry; I don't know a good way to add these) but it would be easy to add (unzip mod, go to prototypes/recipe/r-bulk-smelters-oneshot.lua).
