Make Space Extension Mod research cost cheaper or not.

  • add all science packs in SpaceMod researches.

Space pack and Bob's Logistic Science Pack included.

  • reduce SpaceMod research cost (x3-x10) times.

(6k=>2k) (12k,14k=>3k) (24k=>5k) (200k>20k)

  • ignore original mod research cost multiplier settings: Research cost multiplier, ignore tech price multiplier, Bob compatibility option and bob_coefficient
  • setting SpaceMod research cost multiplier (x1, x4, x16, x64, x256, x1024)
  • with basic settings SpaceMod research costs 172k of all science packs (only 3k of military science packs)
