Compakt circuit driver for stack combinator

This mod is a driver that allow the use of Stack combinators inside a Compact circuit processor.

The execution of a stack combinator in a compakt circuit processor in packed mode has beeen optimized by transforming the stack combinator in a set of standard combinator, removing nearly all the need of LUA execution (remains just the detection of configuration changes).
