SUBTERRANIO - BASE

#### Please see the Subterranio mod for more information. This mod only implements the logic for Subterranio - Base, and works best when including the other Subterranio mods.

Subterranio - Base adds the tunnelling drill equipment, geothermal power plant, mineshaft belts, and mineshaft pipes. It adds no other planet-specific tech or items.
