Adds supersonic train fuel as allowed fuel to cargo ships and airplanes, for major speed/acceleration improvements.

Description

Many thanks to to the various authors of High Speed Train, Airplane and Cargo Ship mods for their work on transportation versatility.

This mini change enables the player to put all GigaFuels from the High Speed Trains mod into planes and ships, to increase acceleration and top speed.
